Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about your next home entertainment upgrade.
What is the difference between New and Open-Box TVs?
New units are factory-sealed in original packaging. Open-Box units are typically floor models or customer returns that have been rigorously inspected and certified for performance, offering significant savings while maintaining high quality.
How do you ensure large TVs arrive safely?
We use specialized freight carriers for screens over 55 inches. Each unit is reinforced with extra corner protection and strapped to a wooden pallet to minimize vibration and prevent impact damage during transit.
What is your policy on dead pixels?
TVOUTLET follows a zero-tolerance policy. If your television arrives with even a single dead or stuck pixel, you are eligible for a free replacement within the first 15 days of delivery.
Do the televisions come with a manufacturer warranty?
Yes, all new televisions include the full manufacturer's warranty. For Open-Box items, we provide a 90-day TVOUTLET certified warranty, with the option to purchase extended protection plans at checkout.
What if I am not satisfied with the picture quality?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If the display doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it for a refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original packaging with all accessories.
Do you offer professional wall mounting services?
While we do not perform installations directly, we partner with national service providers. You can add a professional mounting service to your order during the checkout process.
