At TVOUTLET, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your electronics, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the item in its original packaging, including all manuals, remotes, and cables, to ensure it is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the device, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
